Casein Whey MPC 85
Introducing our MPC 85, A Casein Whey that is a Concentrated Protein preparation obtained through the Ultrafiltration of fresh Cow Skim Milk.
RAW - Tastes 100% like Milk.!!!
Vanilla -We sourced Ground Organic Indonesian Vanilla Bean and offset the flavour with a touch natural Vanilla flavouring, we added Celtic Sea Salt for all the trace minerals and a touch of Stevia to sweeten.
Double Chocolate-We sourced Peruvian Raw Organic Cacao and off set the flavour with a touch of natural Chocolate flavouring, we added Celtic Sea Salt for all the trace minerals and a touch of Stevia to sweeten.
This unique 60/40 Casein offers you easier solubility compared to standard Casein and has less than 3.5% Lactose per 100g.
Traditional Casein Whey is in a ratio of 80/20, making that the mixture would need to be between 40-60 degrees and vigorous agitation to hydrate the powder properly.
Clearly these temperature were never going to be suitable for the gym or in a ready to drink environment.
This is where Foundry’s 60/40 provides an ideal solution and a nutritionally superior product with a higher concentration of Native Whey at 40%.
